Installation and useA general solar pump installation mainly consists of solar panels, control boxes and pumps. Solar surface pumps are used to increase water pressure. Allows water to be delivered to a higher and wider range. In sunny regions of the world, especially in remote areas where there is no electricity, solar energy is the most attractive way to supply water. In addition to water pumps and renewable energy sources, solar pumps also include all the necessary control, communication and auxiliary devices provided as a complete system. The system can be combined and adapted to any needs according to the conditions at the installation site. The energy selection and wide performance range provide greater flexibility.
The controller can be used in single solar mode, the maximum current is limited to 12A, and the maximum power is monitored by MPPT algorithm. The pump speed is determined by the power of the solar panels, the maximum speed of the pump, the maximum power of the controller and the temperature of the controller. Whenever any conditions are met, the pump speed will remain current or operate at a reduced speed.
The controller can be used in single AC mode, and the maximum AC current input is limited to 11A (different models may vary). Pump speed is determined by AC input current, maximum pump speed, maximum controller power, and controller temperature. Whenever any conditions are met, the pump speed will be maintained at the current speed or run at a reduced speed.
Automatic switching mode between solar energy and alternating current. Solar energy and alternating current are introduced simultaneously. The default mode is solar power.
The solar input power switching point is 250W, and if it is less than 250W, it will automatically switch to AC (100 - 900W adjustable).
The default AC switching time for the system is 15 minutes, and when solar power is detected, the AC switches to solar power within 15 minutes. (1 - 60 minutes) Can be customized.
