6SP Water Filled Stainless Steel Deep Well Pump

Product Overview

1. Suitable for deep wells with a diameter of more than 150 mm.

2. Pump components: all stainless steel impeller, one-time stretching and laser welding.

Features: anti-corrosion, high pump efficiency, large amount of water, full pressure without overload.

3. Suitable for starting and running the frequency converter without damaging the motor winding.

4. Electric motor: NIMA international standard

5. The whole machine is made of stainless steel casting parts, all using silicone precision casting solution.

Flow up to: 80 m³/h

Load: 460 meters

Product Specifications:

* Wide voltage design, 300V - 420V safe and stable operation.

* Electric motor: 50TW 400 - 600 silicon steel plates, small temperature rise, good energy-saving effect, long service life.

* Motor electromagnetic connection: 180C. Insulation class: level H

* Electrical lines: F46 High temperature waterproof materials.

* Main bearing gasket: Morgan brand (from UK), material: high purity graphite alloy, continuously working for 80,000 hours without failure.

*Electromagnetic design: The axle load is set to 1.35 times the axle power.

*Motor main axis: 40Cr/42Cr - Mo to avoid engine damage.

* Processing accuracy class: first accuracy level B.
