Deep Well Compatibility: 16'' ZΞN Brand Cast Iron Deep Well Pump is specially designed to work in deep wells and can easily produce water from significant depths.
The cast iron deep well pump is a water intake unit that combines a submersible motor and a submersible pump.
Direct integration into the kit, work in deep water. Mainly used for irrigation of agricultural land, water supply and sewerage of cities, industrial and mining enterprises.
Can be used to develop underground hot water below 100°C, with heat resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and other characteristics.

1. The underwater electric pump is composed of five parts: water pump, motor, water line, waterproof cable and control switch. The pumps are single-suction multistage vertical centrifugal three-cylinder pumps.
2. The submersible motor uses YQS type water-filled wet design, filled with clean water in the cavity, mainly for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearings. During operation, since changes in temperature may cause changes in water filling, pressure regulators are installed in the engine for calibration.
3. To prevent sand from entering the motor, the upper motor is equipped with a sandproof sealing mechanism, consisting of a sand punch and a mechanical seal, which forms a sandproof structure, and the entire motor is well sealed through its sealed structure.
4. There are water injection holes and exhaust holes on the top of the engine, and drainage holes on the bottom.
5. The thrust bearings and thrust rings are installed at the bottom of the motor and mainly bear the axial force of the electric pump.
6. The motor stator winding uses waterproof electromagnetic line with good insulation and waterproof performance, the rotor uses mouse cage structure.
7. Stainless steel underwater pumps are used for corrosive water quality.
