High Quality ZEN Pump XBD Long Shaft Vertical Turbine Fire Pump is composed of several centrifugal impellers, guide casings, water pipes, transmission shafts, pump base motors and other components. The pump base and motor are located above the basin, and the power of the motor is transmitted to the impeller shaft through a transmission shaft concentric with the water pipe, thereby generating flow and pressure.

1. Рабочая часть
Эта часть состоит из рабочих частей и частей водяного фильтра. Рабочие части состоят из направляющего кожуха, рабочего колеса, конической втулки, подшипника скольжения, вала рабочего колеса и других деталей. Рабочее колесо представляет собой замкнутую конструкцию. Кожухи соединены болтами. На направляющий кожух и рабочее колесо могут быть установлены компенсационные кольца.
2. Plumbing part
Эта часть состоит из водопроводных труб, приводных валов, муфт и кронштейнов. Водопроводная труба соединена фланцем, а вал трансмиссии изготовлен из стали 2Cr13 или нержавеющей стали.
3. Surface part
Состоит из компонентов основания насоса, двигателя, кронштейна двигателя, муфты и других компонентов.
Модель Вертикальный турбинный пожарный насос XBD с длинным валом в основном используется для пожаротушения с помощью пожарных гидрантов, автоматического спринклерного пожаротушения и других систем пожаротушения на промышленных и горнодобывающих предприятиях, в инженерном строительстве, высотных зданиях, а также в коммунальном водоснабжении и водоотведении и т. д.

Турбинный пожарный насос состоит из трёх частей: рабочей части, водопроводной части и поверхностной части.
1. Рабочая часть
This part consists of working parts and water filter parts. The working parts consist of a guide casing, an impeller, a tapered bushing, a plain bearing, an impeller shaft and other parts. The impeller is a closed structure. The casings are connected with bolts. Compensation rings can be installed on the guide housing and impeller.
2. Plumbing part
This part consists of water pipes, drive shafts, couplings and bracket parts.

This part consists of the components of pump base, motor, motor bracket, coupling and other parts.
