1. The impeller is designed to be non-clogging.
2. Impeller and knife ring material: 420 high chromium stainless steel, hardness HRC49 - 52, good wear resistance.
① Conventional wastewater pumps require large power when using large flow, and the motor will heat up and burn out.
② ZEN WQ-C The pump can use the flow at each point. Power is almost the same. Engine temperature is almost the same.
A normal pump will become clogged with debris from the wastewater.
ZEN WQ - C pumps cope perfectly with these problems.

2. Knife and ring material: 420 high chromium stainless steel, hardness HRC49 - 52, good wear resistance.
① Electrical thermal sensor (MTS)
MTS is a bimetallic motor protector built into each phase of the stator winding. When overheating is detected, the sensor (in the winding) is disabled and the dependent switch (in normal pump parts, 15HP and above) is disabled.
② Bearing Temperature Sensor (BTS)
The BTS is a temperature sensor installed in a fixed bearing position. The BTS must be connected to the "temperature control indicator" in the control box. When the bearing temperature exceeds the set temperature of the "temperature control indicator", relying on the switch will cut off power to the pump. (BTS is an optional component of the pump model).
③ Humidity sensors (MS)
MS is an electrode sensor for supplying water to the chamber. If a leak is detected, resting on the switch (in the control box) will cut off power to the pump. (MS is a common component of 15HP and above pumps). In this way, damaged mechanical seals and lubricants can be replaced before a leak occurs in the motor housing. (MS is a common component of 15HP and above pumps).
