When reassembling after repairing and replacing fragile parts of the pump, see the bearing base, the bearing installed together at the top of the pump shaft, seal the upper and lower bearing caps with a coupling and a tight nut, correct the bending of the pump shaft, insert the pump with the bearing down into the pump body, and then install the bearing base on the intermediate seat, adjust the gap between the impeller and the body of the upper and lower pumps, and attach the impeller to the axle with bakelite glue, After the phenolic slurry has completely hardened, before loading the pump cover, after assembly, rotate by hand The pump axis is normal on the coupling. When replacing pump bearings and axles, first remove the upper round nut and pump shaft coupling, loosen the upper and lower bearing caps 12 screws, the bearing may seat and bump upward.
